26/10/11 - Return of the Jedi

After a complicated summer of work in different countries (well Elliott in Wales), qualification gathering (Liam getting lots) and education being an important aspect of life (Simon starting Uni). The Jedi's will all be back together at the end of October.

27/02/11 - Equinox a raved sucess

After entering into the Equinox challenge (the first ever Warrington team to do so) the team was complimented on how well they did by the organisers.  It wasn’t a win this year however with insight into what it’s all about and the scouts enthusiasm to the event watch this space for next year.

20/01/11 - Kayak/Canoe instructor

Over the next few weekends Liam our ASL will be working very very hard to gain his British Canoe Union level 1 instructor certificate which will enable him to take 3rd Lymm scouts out on the water with our kayaks.This will hopefully be the first of many qualifications Liam will gain on his pathway to be an outdoors instructor which will enable 3rd Lymm scouts to get OUT in scouting. 20/01/11 - Winter Camp

During weekend of 3-5th December, 3rd lymm scouts and their new leadership team took an entripid trip through the snow to Linnet clough scout camp in Marple, Stockport. This was the new leadership teams first organised weekend away and a great time was had by all. Activities included low ropes, high ropes, archery, bouldering climbing, team building activites and not to mention igloo building, snow ball fights and sledging. All returned home safe and ready for a lot more exciting weekends away in 2011!
